The transparent walls of our Dome house are made from imported PC(Polycarbonate) raw material and using a UV co-extrusion process. With the surface material containing an 80μ UV coating, it offers excellent weather resistance. Compared to glass, PC is much lighter and much more impact-resistant (about 250 times that of glass), and the installation process doesn't require any lifting equipment. At the same time, PC is an eco-friendly material, non-toxic, odorless, and 100% recyclable.

For dome-style accommodations, depending on the product size and specifications, our PC wall thickness ranges from 5mm to 8mm; for restaurant projects, the regular thickness of our PC walls is 3mm to 5mm; the actual thickness of the product can also be customized according to customer needs, and our thermoforming process can handle a maximum thickness of up to 20mm.
The imported polycarbonate material can last up to 15 years, and our company offers a 5-year warranty on transparent walls.

For LCL shipments, we use wooden crates to protect the goods. If there’s a larger quantity, we recommend shipping a full container directly without using wooden crates, which allows for more cargo and lower shipping costs.
