Regarding environmental adaptability and interior comfort, the hollow polycarbonate structure offers excellent thermal insulation; combined with the PVDF coating’s ability to reflect and block solar radiation, it minimizes heat buildup in summer and reduces heat loss in winter, thereby decreasing reliance on air conditioning systems and achieving energy savings. Furthermore, the PVDF coating’s UV-shielding and anti-aging properties ensure the exterior retains its vibrant color without chalking or cracking—even after years of outdoor exposure—significantly extending maintenance intervals and reducing long-term upkeep costs.
The installation process further demonstrates the product's construction-friendly nature. Thanks to a modular, prefabricated design, structural units undergo precision machining and pre-assembly at the factory; on-site assembly requires only simple lifting and joining operations.
